This week we have added new overviews to your dashboard to manage the end-user subscriptions and billing accounts of your community. We also added a new Salesforce page and improved the user interface of the user info page in your dashboard.
Billing accounts and subscriptions
To manage the billing accounts and subscriptions of the end-users in your community we have added the billing accounts and subscriptions overview pages to your dashboard. The overviews can be accessed by clicking the 'Subscriptions' or 'Billing Accounts' buttons in the side menu of your dashboard. You can view each subscription or billing account in detail by clicking on one of them from the overviews. This includes billing info, subscription details, invoices and the users and organizations that are linked to a billing account or subscription.
If you have your Salesforce account connected with Big Dash, you now have access to your Salesforce configuration by going to the Salesforce page in your dashboard. You can access it by clicking the 'Salesforce' button in the 'Configuration' section in the side menu of your dashboard. The page shows the connected Salesforce account and the data mapping that is used to sync data between your community and your Salesforce account. If you don't have your Salesforce account connected with Big Dash yet, you can contact us via the link provided on the Salesforce page.
User info page
We have improved the user interface of the user info page in your dashboard. It now has the same structure as for example the organization or library item info page. You can now also view the billing accounts and subscriptions that are linked to the user.
Bug fixes and improvements
Some users were not shown correctly in the users overview. This is now fixed.
We have added any linked billing accounts and subscriptions to the organization info page.
The title of the number of employees selection box is now correct in the organization wizard in your community.
We improved SEO and now score 100% on the Google Lighthouse SEO test
